We had an incredible experience purchasing our Yamaha AR250 from Bayside Jet Drive. We actually live in Wisconsin but vacation out in Delaware, and we first connected with Eric and the Bayside team at a boat show where we fell in love with the AR250. Deciding to purchase through them was the best decision we could have made. DJ was absolutely phenomenal to work with—he took so much time to walk us through every single detail and explain how everything works. Even after the sale, the service has continued to exceed my expectations. I've already needed routine maintenance, and Rob has been my go-to contact for scheduling oil changes, as well as coordinating drop-off and pickup with the service department. The entire process has been seamless.

Was in the market for a new FX Waverunner. Stopped by here to check one out. Was met by a salesman Rob Parsons. His customer service was exceptional, his knowledge of the product, answering all my questions throughly. Most importantly he didn’t profile us as we experienced at other stores.

Left the store. Called Rob the next morning when they opened to tell him I was coming to get the ski and trailer. He informed me the last single trailer was sold. I told him I wanted to be on the water that same day. Long story short he made it happen. Got a trailer from another location delivered by the time I got there. A1 customer service. Wrote them a check and was out of there in 2 hrs. That’s with ski prep and demo time.
