Flagship Premium Cinemas

There are still some good people and businesses in the World. I lost $83 in the seat that I was in and didn’t realize it til I got home. My brother told me to call the movie theater and I said are you kidding me, no one turns in Cash anywhere. But to my Amazement, my brother called the movie and to my amazement, the management staff had my Money! I was told a Good Samaritan woman and her child did the right thing and turned in the money and then the staff at Flagship Cinema keep my money till I picked it up. May God Bless that woman and child that turned in my money and the great staff at Flagship Cinema. By the Way the Seat
were incredible comfortable, the staff were so welcoming from me visiting from out of town and the icing on the cake is there honest staff put up my money when so many other people would have kept it.

Perhaps the cleanest theater I’ve ever been in. Also, another cool feature is the ability to order snacks and refreshments online and receive a notification when they’re ready, thus minimizing missed movie time. And Morris the manager, was always present and super helpful when some of the recliners were accidentally unplugged.

We recently visited this movie theater while vacationing ocean city!

Very nice modern clean movie theater! Fair prices for concessions.

However 4/5 stars rating, because your rows in your theaters are backwards & confusing!

I've been to several different movie theaters in several states

It's standard that Row A, is always the very 1st row closest to the movie screen

I've never seen any other movie theater besides Flagship theaters in Ocean city, have Row A, as the last row in the theater.

You guys have it backwards, Row A should be the row closest to the screen.
