Had such a great experience with the Hyatt ocean city hotel celebrating our twins 3rd birthday. The customer service is impeccable, Christian and Francis were so friendly qnd approachable. The location was right on the boardwalk next to beach and it was in close proximity to restaurants, shopping and activities. The breakfast was also had lots of variety and was plentiful.
They have thought of all the details as well as they have a foot shower on site outside the building and love that they have a shower head with great pressure which is ideal for kids and also after swimming. All in all such a great experience would highly recommend and come back here again!

Hi,
Have stayed here 2x before, and ended up at new Hyatt property across from Oceanfront. I think it's less than 2 yrs old. Room w kitchenette was great but be aware every day at about 5 am the trash truck will wake you up. Didn't realize how close I was to firehouse, sirens all night but not Hyatts fault. Garage stays full so you end up on the street or overflow. Did get ticked $100 for fire lane parking outside garage--just didn't see red curb after dark and there were no signs! Bed kinda painful for my 6-4 frame, too soft for my liking. Now the delicate part. The new toilets are so small that when you take a morning Constitutional, your junk and jewels end up in the water or on the porcelain. Didn't have that trauma with my boys when we stayed at Oceanfront. The weight room is still in the Oceanfront, dumbells up to 50, but room hardly ever gets used. Never had to wait on a bench. You have 2 outdoor and 1 indoor pool to choose from now! Buffet breakfast ok, only saw the amazing bacon once all week though.
I would definitely stay again but try for Oceanfront first. Don't remember hearing fire trucks and garbage man at 5 am when I stayed there or unplanned drops of the boys in the pool.

We stayed at the new section that was recently opened. Very easy to get to. Looks good 👍 breakfast is good 👍. It would have been great if there was a sky bridge to link both buildings to make it easier to go back and forth between the buildings instead of worrying about crossing the road. Traffic on a good Ocean city day can be a bit problematic. But overall loved it great job done!
