Ruby Tuesday

This restaurant chain is most famous for its salad bar. You can choose the salad bar as your entree or as an add-on. A large menu selection consisting of steak, chicken, and seafood entrees as well as less expensive pasta, burger, and handheld selections They have freshly made fruit teas and lemonades as well as selection delicious alcoholic drinks. They have plenty of staff working but the General Manager Tasha can do it all. Everyone is very friendly but Tasha was the best. She recommended downloading the Ruby Tuesday and I got the endless salad bar add-on for free. It is the only decent restaurant in Pocomoke City that is open past 8pm.

I was traveling with my parents from out of town a few weeks back and we stopped in after a long road trip. Food was great, and service turned out to be okay AFTER a long wait to be greeted after we were seated. The only issue was over 7 minutes of waiting to be greeted by someone, and then another 5 minutes or so waiting for the drinks we ordered. Guests should be greeted within 2 minutes of seating, even if only acknowledging their presence and letting them know someone will be with them soon.

Specifically, Lexy the new server on your team had exceptional customer service! she treated us at the door immediately with a pleasant smile and attitude. After we were sat she continued to have that great smile and attitude. she was very helpful with what food options she thought would be best for my budget and taste buds! Very Satisfied!❤️
